The staff were helpful. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The size of the room was average. The location was right off the interstate. Plenty of places to eat. Staff explained the hotel was being bought out and this is why there are some changes going on. The pool was closed during out stay of Nov 5-9 2021. The breakfast was available, but minimal due to changes. Other than this the hotel was accommodating and meet our needs.

It showed a pool no pull no breakfast not even lids for coffee cups not very friendly I said I did pay there and it was charged to my card already I will not use booking again very dissatisfied

The room was very clean, could tell they were making extra efforts toward increased sanitation; staff was helpful, especially housekeeping when my key wouldn't work and also the morning staff was friendly. Like having ice machine on 2nd floor easily accessible. Quiet area, located close to restaurants, felt safe.

The The General Manager and staff. We had some issues of concern about a the breakfast item selection and the GM was very helpful and tried to accommodate our athletes. The staff was very nice and the hotel was clean.

Beds were very comfortable. Clean, could use a little dusting on tops of headboard, but decor was very nice. Bathroom very clean, which is a biggie!
